Colonials LAX Marches Past Millburn for First Round Tourney Win
Morristown will head to West Morris Central Tuesday for second round contest.
The Morristown Colonials are headed to the second round of the NJSIAA boys lacrosse tournament after easily getting by Millburn this weekend, 8-2.
Morristown, with the No. 7 seed in the tournament, according to nj.com, will head to West Morris Central Tuesday afternoon to take on its county rival, which is seeded in the two spot for the tournament.
Colonial Chris Drake led all scorers with three goals in the game, with Brian Begley and Joey Murphy each contributing two goals and two assists apiece, the report said.

The winner of the Central vs. Morristown matchup will head to the Group 3 semifinals to play the winner of Scotch Plains vs. Randolph, also set for Tuesday. The semifinal round is scheduled to be played Thursday, May 22.
