Colonials Set for LAX Title Game After Semifinal Thrashing

Morristown will play top-seed Ridgewood Saturday for Group 3 championship.

The Morristown Colonials want to win a championship, and nothing is slowing them down.

Taking on Randolph Thursday afternoon in the NJSIAA North, Group 3 tournament semifinals, the Colonials made quick work of their opponent, winning 14-2 and stamping their ticket to the title game, nj.com reported.

Brad Greik led all scorers, bursting for five goals, nj.com reported. Brian Begley and Dan Delargy each netted three goals, while Chris Drake, Joey Murphy and Kendall Rogers also hit the back of the net.

The No. 7-seed Colonials will head to Ridgewood Saturday to take on the top-seed team, who disposed of No. 4 Mendham Thursday afternoon by a score of 11-4.
