
MORRIS TWP, NJ — Service has resumed after a downed tree on power lines suspended New Jersey Transit's Morris and Essex line in both directions between Dover and Convent Station Friday.
The suspension began around 12:30 p.m., and lifted around 2:30 p.m. Cross horning is in effect system wide.
Morris and Essex Line service has resumed in both directions between Dover and Madison with residual delays to trains already enroute following an earlier tree down in the overhead wires near Morris Plains.
