Morristown Babe Ruth Baseball is proud to support a very worthwhile charitable cause that is being spearheaded locally by one of our own MBR families. This season we are, partnering with Roberto's Kids Organization, www.robertos-kids.org, to collect new and gently used baseball equipment to donate to kids in the United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Mexico.
Roberto's Kids™ is a not for profit organization founded by the family of the late Roberto Clemente, with the support of the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
Roberto's Kids Equipment Collection - As the spring season approaches, many of you have discovered that your children have outgrown their equipment and you are not sure what to do with it. Donate it!

What we are collecting: Gently worn / used or new Gloves, bats, balls, catchers' equipment, helmets, cleats and sneakers, uniforms, hats and socks.
When: Saturday, May 5th. Collection tables will be set up at Lidgerwood Field on Opening Day (10 am - 4 pm).
