Fundamentals of Drawing Class Series at the Morris Museum
Join us at the Morris Museum every Friday afternoon from 10/2 through 11/20 for a fundamentals of drawing class series- all levels welcome!
Learn the fundamentals of drawing with a variety of subject matter, focusing on the formal elements of line, shape, tone, form, space, and depth with artist Laurie Harden. Draw the Morris Museum building interiors to study lines and perspective. Practice with still-life to render the look of 3-D through value and shadow. Draw from life the last 2 weeks observing a live model. There will be a short demonstration in every class as well as individual attention to all students. All levels welcome – beginners encouraged!
The cost for this class series is $175/museum members and $195/non-members, plus a supply list. The series run for 7 Sundays, from 10/2 to 11/20, from 1:00-3:00pm (No class: 11/6).
