MORRISTOWN, NJ— Heroin was found in a Morristown park in late February, Morris County Park Police said. 5 bags of heroin were found on Patriots' Path as police were conducting a foot patrol of the area on Friday, Feb. 24. 5 bags of heroin were found on Patriots' Path as police were conducting a foot patrol of the area on Friday, Feb. 24. Park Police turned the incident over to the Detective Bureau for further investigation.
