Man Found With Narcotics In Park: Morris County Park Police
Police say the man was one of five "suspicious people" in the park.

MINE HILL, NJ — A man was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance after Morris County Park Police say they found narcotics while he was in a local park.
Officers were patrolling Hedden County Park when they found five suspicious people, police said. After an investigation, police charged Marlon A. Lobo-Moradel, 21, of Randolph, with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence.
He was released with a pending court date.

-4/24/17: CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Officers were conducting a property check at the Miners' Church at Mount Hope County Park in Rockaway Township, when they discovered a large amount of graffiti spray-painted on the building. Incident turned over to the Detective Bureau for investigation.
-4/24/17: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop in Morristown. An investigation revealed the driver, Jorge H. Arias, age 25, of Morristown, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Rockaway Township Municipal Court. He was unable to post bail and lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility pending the next court date.
-4/25/17: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS/D.W.I.: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation at Hedden County Park in Randolph. An investigation led to the driver, Kayla R. Beal, age 19, of Dover, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Intoxicated. She was released with a court date pending.
-4/25/17: CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Officers were dispatched to Hedden County Park in Randolph on a report of graffiti in the pavilion. Incident turned over to the Detective Bureau for investigation.
-4/26/17: SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers were dispatched to the Great Swamp Outdoor Educational Facility in Chatham Township on a report of a suspicious person. Subject was located and the situation was deemed to be safe.
-4/29/17: INJURED PATRON: Officers were dispatched to Silas Condict County Park in Kinnelon on a report of a 17-year-old female with an injury to her ankle. E.M.S. also responded.
-4/29/17: MOTOR-VEHICLE CRASH: Officers were dispatched to Loantaka Brook Reservation in Morris Township on a report of a two vehicle motor-vehicle crash. No injuries reported.
