Man Gets Time Served For Sexually Assaulting Morristown Child: Report

The man, who is an undocumented immigrant, is expected to be deported, according to reports.

MORRISTOWN, NJ— A man who pled guilty to molesting a Morristown child has been sentenced to time served and is expected to be deported soon, the Daily Record reported.

Walter Ulloa, 39, was one of four men all charged with sexually assaulting the same girl.

A judge sentenced Ulloa to time served to save on administrative expenses by turning Ulloa directly over to ICE for deportation. He will be returned to his native Honduras, where he has children around the age as the victim, the Daily Record reported.
