Morris Girls Dunk Competition, Complete Perfect Season

The Amoney Girls Maroon AAU Team set out this season to win as many games as possible, work on enhancing their skills, and hopefully besting the competition.

They did that and more.

Comprised of seventh and eighth grade girls from Mendham, Morristown, Whippany, and Millburn, the team recently completed a perfect season, going 15-0. Along with that came the league championship to cap the season, and a tournament championship during the season.

Coached by Marc Adler, the team is made up of Claudia Lechthman, Madison Caputo, Luci Farro, Tara O’Neill, Jessica Wellmann, Ashley Phillips, Morgan O’Neill, Katie McGuinness, and Louise Gehsmann.
