Morristown Man Caught Urinating From Tree Branch 10 Feet In The Air: Police
He was less than 20 feet from a Porta-John, police said.
MORRISTOWN, NJ — Despite being just 20 feet away from a Porta-John, a Morristown man was allegedly caught urinating out of a tree ten feet in the air on the Fourth of July, Hackettstown Police said.
While patrolling Hackettstown High School parking lot around noon yesterday, officers saw a man standing on a tree limb about 10 feet in the air urinating. When the man came down, he told police he didn't use the Porta-John, located only 20 feet away, because it was occupied.
Police said they did not see anyone enter or exit the Porta-John during their patrol.

Jose Amaya-Cantarero, 31, of Morristown, was charged with indecent exposure and released with an upcoming court date.
