MORRISTOWN, NJ — The Morris County Commissioners will join the Craig family at the Atrium Gallery to unveil a plaque honoring Viki Craig, co-founder of Art in the Atrium, which is celebrating its 30th year.
The plaque will be dedicated during the opening reception for "Black Revival: A Celebration of Black Fine Art," which is part of the exhibit REEMERGENCE AND RENEWAL, which will be held on June 16 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Atrium Gallery of the Morris County Administration and Records Building, 10 Court Street, Morristown.
According to Morris Arts, the 138 artworks in this exhibit, created by 46 artists, represent a communal reemergence from the years of pandemic devastation and convey a sense of regeneration through their vibrant imagery, rich colors, engaging designs and an underlying sense of humanity.
