Police Warn Of Major Delays On Morristown Road Tuesday Morning
BREAKING: Police advise taking a different route Tuesday morning.
MORRISTOWN, NJ — Following a long Memorial Day Weekend, traffic is off to a slow start Tuesday morning as Morristown Police warn of long delays on one major road.
Police are advising drivers to avoid Speedwell Ave (Route 202) northbound Tuesday morning, in an alert sent out at 9:16 a.m. There are "heavy traffic and delays" from the town line heading north, police said.
They are currently attempting to move traffic, but warn of delays for the next 30 minutes. Drivers should plan an alternate route if possible, or build time in for delays.
