Recent Activity in Morris County: Police
The following activity was reported by Morris County Park Police Department, including a missing juvenile and criminal mischief.

The following activity was reported by Morris County Park Police Department:
- On Oct. 11, officers responded to a call involving a missing 10-year-old girl in Central Park in Parsippany. The girl was eventually found safe and in good condition, police said.
- On Oct. 12, an officer was dispatched to a residence at Pyramid Mountain in Montville on a report of a dispute involving residents and two park patrons attempting to enter the area after hours. When police arrived, the patrons were gone, police said. The situation was turned over to the Detective Bureau.
- On Oct. 15, an officer conducted a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Mine Hill. This led to Alan M. Fernicola, age 30, of Mine Hill, to be indicted for Driving While Intoxicated, Assault of a Law Enforcement Officer, and Resisting Arrest, police said. Fernicola was later released with a pending court date.
- On Oct. 15, an officer was dispatched to Lee's Marina in Mount Arlington on a report of a tire slashed with a knife, police said. The incident was turned over to the Detective Bureau for further investigation.
