Tune In To See If Morris County K-9 Is 'America's Top Dog'
Corporal Michael McMahon and K-9 Kaiser are competing on the A&E reality series.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ - Whether or not Morris County K-9 Kaiser is "America's Top Dog" will be decided as he and his partner, Corporal Michael McMahon, are competing on the reality series which airs Wednesday nights on A&E.
"America's Top Dog," the A&E Network's ultimate K-9 competition series, began airing at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, with Morris County's own Sheriff's Office Detective Corporal Michael McMahon and K-9 Kaiser scheduled as contestants performing feats of speed, agility and detection.
Don't worry, expert canine trainer and handler McMahon did not appear in the first episode on Jan. 8. His skills and bond with his 3-year-old Belgian Malinois partner will be featured in future episodes of the 11-part series whose dates will be announced soon.

Detective Corporal McMahon's wife, herself an expert dog trainer. submitted his name as a prospective contestant to be on the series. After interviews, he and Kaiser were selected for the show that was filmed over several days in Santa Clarita, California.
"We have a really good bond. He probably has the nicest temperament of all the dogs I've worked with," McMahon said. "When he knows it's time to work, he's ready."
