• Man charged after handgun, ammunition found in vehicle at Mount Olive hotel, police say (wrnjradio.com) — Police recently arrested a West Virginia man after finding a handgun, hollow-point ammunition, and open alcohol containers in his vehicle outside the Holiday Inn Express in Mount Olive’s Budd Lake section. Officers discovered the items during a late-night patrol on July 23, and the man now faces multiple weapons and alcohol-related charges while being held pending a court hearing.
