• 358 Traffic Stops in One Holiday Weekend Led to 10 Arrests in North Jersey (shorenewsnetwork.com) — Netcong residents should know local police joined a major Labor Day traffic crackdown that led to 358 stops, 103 summonses and 10 arrests across Morris and Warren counties. Coordinated with Hackettstown and several neighboring departments, the operation focused on speeding, distracted driving and impaired driving, and officials say similar regional enforcement efforts will continue on New Jersey roads.
