2 Men Break Into Newark Business By Climbing Onto Roof: Police
The suspects then entered a second business by making a hole in the sheetrock wall, Newark police said.

NEWARK, NJ — Two men broke into a Newark business by climbing onto a roof and making their entrance through a second-floor window on Sunday, authorities said.
The Newark Department of Public Safety released the following details about the burglary:
“At approximately 3:50 a.m., the two suspects entered a business on the 100-block of Bloomfield Avenue by climbing onto a roof and entering through a second-floor window. Once inside the building, the suspects opened the cash register and removed $1,555. The suspects then entered a second business by making a hole in the sheetrock wall between the businesses. The second business also had a cash register that the suspects emptied of $400.”

Authorities said one of the men has a light skin complexion and a medium build, and was wearing dark-colored clothing, white sneakers, a baseball cap and a face covering.
Police said the other suspect is 5 feet 9 inches with a light skin complexion and little to no facial hair. He was wearing a dark-colored Chicago Bulls baseball cap with a gold logo and Adidas sweatpants.
