2nd Young Newark Female Reported Missing In A Week: Police
Newark authorities are searching for a 15-year-old female who has been missing for almost two weeks.

NEWARK, NJ — Newark authorities are searching for a 15-year-old female who has been missing for almost two weeks, police say.
According to the Newark Department of Public Safety, Nathaliah Garrick, 15, of Newark, was reported missing on Thursday, Aug. 31.
Garrick is 5 feet 3 inches and 120 pounds. She was last seen at her residence on South 8th Street in Newark. It is not known what she was wearing when she went missing, police said.

“While police are actively searching for Nathaliah, we seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and returning her to her family,” police stated on Monday. “Nathaliah is known to frequent the 800 block of South 18th Street, although she occasionally visits Brooklyn.”
Garrick is the second young Newark female to be reported missing in the space of a week. In a separate missing persons case reported last week, police said that a 23-year-old woman was last seen in the area of Eastern Parkway near Varsity Road.
