The Rutgers Graduate School and School of Public Affairs & Administration Commencement will be held at the Golden Dome Gymnasium at 2pm on May 17th. The speaker will be Dr. Joan Morrell, Professor, Center for Molecular and Behavioral Neuroscience, Rutgers-Newark.
