Elizabeth Warren, who chaired the Congressional Oversight Panel for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP), and served as chief adviser to the National Bankruptcy Review Commission, will receive an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Rutgers University, her alma mater, on May 27, when she delivers the commencement address to the Class of 2011.
