SCHOOL BUS EXPRESS is an annual program coordinated by the Immunization/Project Vaccinate Program at the Department of Child and Family Well-Being to deliver required immunizations for school attendance.

Early Closings:
Monday, August 29 - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, August 31 - 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m.
Friday, September 2 - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Monday, September 12 - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday, September 16 - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

 To participate in the program please bring:
  -  Immunization record for child
  -  Parent/Guardian photo ID
  -  Child's birth certificate
  -  Medicaid/Insurance card
  -  Proof of current Newark residency*

*Utility, telephone or cable bill. All documentation must be current, within the last 30 days of the time of visit.
