IBID Launches Updated Version of GoIronbound.com Website
New features provide opportunities for local Ironbound businesses and organizations to promote their products, services, and initiatives.

The Ironbound Business Improvement District (IBID) has launched an updated version of its website, www.goironbound.com, that provides new opportunities for local businesses and organizations to promote their products, services, and initiatives.
“For many years, including throughout the covid pandemic, our website has been a trusted provider of information important for people who live and work in the Ironbound District, as well as visitors who come to dine in our great restaurants, and shop in our stores and boutiques,” noted Vince Baglivo, the IBID’s Executive Director. “Interactive new features and enhancements are designed to help Ironbound stakeholders leverage the thousands of individuals who access, like and follow our social media and digital channels to grow their businesses and organizations.”
The new site allows local stakeholders to post content to their individual listings to promote products and services, special events and activities, real estate and local job listings, entertainment opportunities and things to do in the Ironbound and Newark. All prospective postings will be reviewed and approved by the IBID before they are uploaded to the site.

Raise Newark, a leading local marketing and digital communications company located in the Ironbound District, helped design and build the new site, which also includes analytic tools to help guide the IBID, and other posters, when it comes to the response and interest of site visitors and their messaging priorities.
“We encourage stakeholders in the Ironbound District to take advantage of these new tools to help grow their businesses and build awareness,” added Luis Gouveia, a principal at Raise Newark. “The updates to the site underscore the IBID’s commitment to the Ironbound community and the City of Newark, and an understanding of the importance of effective marketing and communications to keep the district top-of-mind in a competitive environment where consumers have many choices when it comes to where and how they spend their time and money.”
