Jersey Mike’s Subs Location Launching In Newark With Grand Opening

NEWARK, NJ — A new Jersey Mike’s Subs franchise is launching in Newark, with a grand opening event planned for Wednesday.

To celebrate the launch of Jersey Mike’s Subs at 52 New Street, franchise owner Tim Jensen will hold a grand opening and fundraiser from Wednesday, April 27 to Sunday, May 1 to support the Boys & Girls Club of Newark. Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon distributed through a grassroots effort prior to the opening can make a minimum $3 contribution to the Boys & Girls Club of Newark in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.

“We are very excited to bring a Jersey Mike’s location to Newark,” Jensen said.

“Partnering with local organizations, schools and charities is core to the Jersey Mike’s brand, and we are excited to hold our grand opening partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Newark,” Jensen added. “We are so grateful for Ms. Roselle Arenas and Ms. Berlynn Eustache who helped in forming this relationship and look forward to serving Newark a Sub Above!”

Guests can place orders in-store or for pickup through the website or through the Jersey Mike’s app. Additionally, delivery is available in most areas through the Jersey Mike’s app or through third-party delivery partners. Curbside pickup is available for orders placed in Jersey Mike’s app.
