Missing Essex County Man With Brain Injury Found: Police

Authorities had asked for the public's help finding a missing, 63-year-old Essex County man who suffers from a traumatic brain injury.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — UPDATE: Police reported Thursday that Kujtim Blloshmi has been found. He was located by EMS responders and transported to University Hospital in Newark for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Billoshmi is in stable condition, authorities said. Newark authorities are asking for the public’s help finding a missing, 63-year-old man who suffers from a traumatic brain injury.

According to the Newark Department of Public Safety, Kujtim Blloshmi, 63, of Newark, was reported missing on Wednesday.

Police stated:

“Mr. Blloshmi was reported missing this morning from Manor Drive. He weighs approximately 170 lbs., has green eyes and brown and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a green pullover sweater, beige shirt, blue pants and gray slippers. He suffers from a traumatic brain injury that occurred in 2015.”
