NCMC Holiday Drum Circle and Babyland Gift Drive at cWOW

Newark Community Meditation Center invites you to their first Holiday Drum Circle!

Make some harmonizing beats and rhythms to call up our ONENESS! Bring your drums or anything you can BANG ON. Extra percussion instruments will be available. There’ll be socializing and sound-making, but as usual we’ll have a short meditation, easy enough for non-meditators. TAPAS & TEA served. You’re welcome to bring a vegetarian snack if you like! Bring your friends and family (including kids who won’t run in gallery!)
And since it’s the season of giving, we want to fill the NCMC GIFT BAG with much needed clothes and gift items for Newark children in support of Babyland Family Services, Inc. Items to bring include unwrapped new and unused: Diapers
, Undergarments, Pajamas, Socks, Clothing
, Educational Games and Books, Gift Cards to Toy Stores, Gift Cards to Grocery Stores (to help feed kids in costly winter months)
