New ‘Greenway’ Coming To Newark: Community Meeting Thursday
Eight municipalities in North Jersey – including Newark – will soon have a huge new state park to explore.
NEWARK, NJ — The Essex-Hudson Greenway is coming, and eight municipalities in North Jersey – including Newark – will soon have a huge new state park to explore.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection will host a community meeting on Thursday, March 14 for Newark residents who want to learn more about the in-development “greenway.” Translation services will be available.
The event will take place at 6 p.m. at the Cherry Blossom Welcome Center in Branch Brook Park, at Branch Brook Park Drive. Learn more here.
