New Security Office Opened At Bradley Court Complex In Newark

ED: "The Newark Housing Authority has struggled with quality of life issues at our Bradley Court complex for too long."

NEWARK, NJ — The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) held a grand opening and ribbon cutting for a new Security and Safety Office on Oct. 24.

According to a news release from the NHA, the new office is located at the Bradley Court Public Housing Complex, 48 Munn Avenue, #15, and is the home of the newly formed Community Empowerment Team (CET), a local outreach effort seeking to address issues that impact the lives of children, families and special populations within the communities.

“The Housing Authority has struggled with quality of life issues and outright open-air drug dealing at our Bradley Court complex for too long,” Executive Director Victor Cirilo said. “We have to get to the root of the issue as we have a responsibility to our hard-working families and children.”
