New York Woman Found Dead In Newark Driveway, Police Release ID

The 25-year-old female has been identified as a Manhattan resident, police say.

Newark, NJ – Authorities have released the identity of a woman found dead in a Newark home’s driveway on Monday.

According to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, the death of Francine Vincent, 25, of Manhattan, is not being ruled a homicide as of Wednesday.

Police found Vincent’s unresponsive body on the 300 block of South 20th Street shortly after 9 p.m., authorities stated.

An investigation is ongoing, prosecutors said.

Vincent’s body may have been discovered in a bag outside the abandoned property, Pix News 11 reported.
