UPDATED: All Clear After Bomb Squad Blocks Passenger Gate at Newark Airport
Port Authority officials: Emergency response was because of an unattended Thermos.

Port Authority officials declared the scene all-clear shortly after an unattended Thermos created a stir at Newark Airport on Thursday morning.
According to spokesman Joseph Pentangelo, the Essex County Bomb Squad was called to evaluate the Thermos.
No passengers were allowed to enter Gate 107 in Terminal C until the item was cleared, Pentangelo told Patch.

There was no disruption to any service during the incident, he added.
