NEWARK, NJ — A discussion about homelessness in Newark took place at the city council meeting earlier this week.

On Tuesday, Luis Ulerio, director of the mayor’s Office of Homeless Services, gave a presentation about the city’s three-year plan to end homelessness. Watch the video below (it's cued to Ulerio's presentation, which begins around the 59-minute mark).
