Newark Murder: Authorities Offer $5K Reward For Info Leading To Arrest
Karod Tucker, 36, of Newark, was fatally shot near the Stephan Crane Housing Complex, authorities say.

Newark, NJ – The Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura’s Crimestoppers program is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the murder of Karod H. Tucker, 36, of Newark.
According to authorities, on Jan. 27, at approximately 9:42 p.m., Tucker was fatally shot in the area of 964 Franklin Avenue at the Stephan Crane Housing Complex in Newark.
A suspect has not been arrested, authorities stated on Tuesday.
