Missing NJ Teen Last Seen In Newark Several Weeks Ago: Police
Police are asking for help finding a New Jersey teen who was reported missing nearly a month ago in Essex County.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Police continue their search for a New Jersey teen reported missing several weeks ago and last seen in Newark, authorities announced Tuesday.
According to the Newark Department of Public Safety, Khalil Muhammad, 16, was reported missing on Dec. 15. He was last seen on the 100-block of West End Avenue in Newark.
Muhammad is 5 feet 7 inches and 130 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes, police said.

Authorities said anyone with information can contact the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). Anonymous tips can also be made using the Police Division’s website.
Muhammad is the second missing person alert that the Newark police issued Tuesday. Later in the day, police announced that their search continues for Amanda Hall, 14, who was reported missing on Monday. See Related: Missing Newark Girl Has Run Away From Home Before, Police Say
