Essex County Teen Reported Missing Amid Major Snowstorm, Police Say
A 17-year-old New Jersey resident went missing amid a major snowstorm in Essex County. He may be headed to Middlesex County, police said.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Police are asking for the public’s help finding a teen who went missing in Essex County during a major snowstorm.
David O. Clark, 17, of Newark, was reported missing on Sunday, according to the Newark Department of Public Safety.
Clark was last seen at 1 p.m. on the 200-block of Hawthorne Avenue in Newark. He may be headed to Perth Amboy in Middlesex County, police said.

Clark has been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. He is 5 feet 1 inch and 115 pounds, with black hair worn in twists and brown eyes. He was wearing a black Carthartt jacket, black Nike sweatpants, black and red Jordan 3s, and a black ski mask. He was also carrying a black book bag, police said.
Authorities said anyone with information can contact the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS(1-877-695-8477). Anonymous tips can also be made using the Police Division’s website.
