Newark, NJ – The water main break affecting the intersection of Market and Fillmore Street isn’t expected to be repaired until 4 p.m. on Monday, the Newark Police Department announced.
The NPD initially reported the water main break on Sunday.

Police provided an update two hours later:
“Repairs to the water main break are not expected to be completed until tomorrow afternoon. Market Street between Somme and Fillmore closed.”

“Update on water main break at the intersection of Market and Fillmore Street: As of 8:30 a.m., repairs aren’t expected to be completed until 4 p.m.”
