Port Authority: More than 400 flights were canceled at LaGuardia, nearly 250 at JFK and 260 at Newark due to the nor'easter.

NEWARK, NJ — A nor’easter that passed through the New Jersey and New York region on Friday forced officials to cancel hundreds of flights at Newark, LaGuardia and JFK Airports, authorities said.
On Friday, high winds and heavy rain from Winter Storm Riley caused more than 400 canceled flights at LaGuardia, nearly 250 at JFK and 260 at Newark, according to the Port Authority of NY/NJ.
In Newark, the cancellations represented about a quarter of all the scheduled flights on Friday, officials said.
