Work Clothing Store In Newark To Hold Grand Opening Event

NEWARK, NJ — Work Hard Dress Right, a retailer that specializes in work clothes and uniforms, will celebrate the grand opening of its newest location at 283 Ferry Street in Newark on Thursday, Oct. 24.

The grand opening event will include food, music and giveaways. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Executives from Work Hard Dress Right and its parent company, Feury Image Group, will be on hand at the grand opening, which will include an official ribbon cutting at 2 p.m.

Thursday’s event will also include an appearance from graffiti artist Vinny Santorella, a third-generation Newark native who was asked to create a series of artistic pieces by embellishing uniform items for the grand opening.

“They asked me to think about the lives, the dedication, and the daily contributions of those who wear these uniforms,” Santorella said. “I embraced that challenge and consider it an honor to reflect and celebrate Newark’s hardworking spirit in these pieces.”

Work Hard Dress Right operations director Brian Traynor expects the artwork to resonate with customers and the people of the Brick City – and Santorella agreed.

“I appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with Work Hard Dress Right, and I welcome what they are bringing to Newark and its hardworking community,” the artist said.
