Bernie Sanders to Lead Rally Sunday in New Brunswick
Although Sanders' chances of securing the nomination are slim, he still has his eye on the June 7 delegate-rich New Jersey primary.

New Brunswick, NJ - Bernie Sanders will lead a rally Sunday, May 8 in New Brunswick, his campaign announced Friday.
Although Sanders' chances of securing the Democratic nomination are slim, he's still campaigning actively and has his eye on the June 7 New Jersey primary. California and New Jersey are the two biggest delegate-rich primaries remaining, and both states vote Tuesday, June 7, along with Montana, New Mexico and North and South Dakota.
The New Brunswick rally will be held in the Louis Brown/Rutgers Athletic Center, just off campus and across the river in Piscataway. It begins at 2 p.m. More details can be found here.

Sanders will also host a rally in Atlantic City on Monday. Sanders will appear at the “Future to Believe In” rally at the Historic Adrian Phillips Ballroom at Boardwalk Hall. Doors open at 7:30 a.m.
As of Friday morning, Hillary Clinton was leading the primary with 1,683 pledged delegates and 522 super delegates. Sanders has 1,362 pledged delegates and 39 super delegates. At total of 2,383 delegates are needed to secure the nomination.
