Car Stolen From Rutgers Piscataway Campus This Week
The car was parked in Lot 103 on the Livingston Campus and it was stolen sometime between 5 p.m. Monday and 6:50 p.m. Wednesday.
PISCATAWAY, NJ — A car was stolen from the Rutgers Piscataway campus this week, said campus police.
This comes after multiple cars parked on the Rutgers campus were vandalized in catalytic converter thefts in February, a crime that is occurring all over the state.
The car was parked in Lot 103 on the Livingston Campus and it was stolen sometime between 5 p.m. Monday, April 11 and 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13.

The Rutgers University Police Department asks that anyone with information, or who may have been in the area at the time, contact the RUPD’s Detective Bureau at 848-932-8025.
This also comes after a group of Rutgers students walking near campus in New Brunswick Saturday night were shot at with a BB gun or pellet gun, as part of a viral TikTok challenge that encourages young people to fire BB guns from cars at people walking by on the street. One of the Rutgers students was injured in Saturday night's incident.
