Concert of African American Composers

The New Brunswick Chamber Orchestra will be joined by the North Jersey Philharmonic Glee Club in a concert dedicated of works of African-American composers.  This historic African-American male choir will perform several works on their own, as well as joining the orchestra in a specially commissioned work by Nkeiru Okoye, an graduate of Rutgers University.  Other composers on the program include George Walker, William Grant Still, Adolphus Hailstork, and Coleridge-Taylor Perkinson. 

 Admission: $20 adults and $15 seniors.
