The Kill Hole – Mischa Webley (Port Republic, New Jersey)
Lt. Samuel Drake is a troubled vet plagued by an atrocity he committed while working as a private security contractor in Iraq. Recently returned to U.S., and living out of a rundown motel room, he spends his time working the night shift at a cab company. By day, he attends a vets group led by Marshall (Billy Zane). This fragile life is shattered anew when two executives from the security firm (Peter Greene and Ted Rooney) track him down and require him to take on a new mission: to find and kill Sgt. Devin Carter (Tory Kittles), a Marine Corps sniper who has gone AWOL somewhere in the wilderness of the Pacific Northwest. The Kill Hole is a compelling and darkly atmospheric feature film about a man forced to confront his violent past and the uneasy bond he forms with the mysterious assassin in his own quest for redemption. 2011; 84 min.Winner 2012 New Jersey International Film Festival Best Feature Film!
