Mulvey will perform American/Celtic music.
The Summer Afternoons Music Series is in its 11th season and will run through Aug. 31.
The free performances are held during lunch hours from noon to 2 p.m. in Kilmer Square Park, located at the corner of George Street & Albany Street next to Starbucks Coffee.
