FORMER CFO HAS BIG PLANS FOR HIS CERTAPRO PAINTERS OF EDISON
Edward Glasser Celebrates Father's Day By Grooming His Children to Take Over His CertaPro Painters Business

After spending decades helping other people make their fortunes, Edward Glasser was ready to switch gears and give back to his community with his CertaPro Painters in Edison, New Jersey. CertaPro Painters, the largest painting company in North America, provides a customer-driven painting experience for both commercial and residential buildings. A new paint job is a great, cost-effective way to make your house look like new.
Before becoming a franchisee, Glasser worked in public accounting. He worked for several well-known accounting firms and even spent 14 years as a CFO for a nationwide trucking and logistics company.
Glasser decided to switch careers and buy a franchise after hearing about all the success other franchisees had already enjoyed. "Each franchise owner I spoke with was very happy running their own businesses and with the training and support of the franchisor," said Glasser.

“I want to make a change in people’s lives, both my customers and those who work for me,” said Glasser. “I see this business as an opportunity to stand apart by treating people as I would treat myself”
With a daughter just out of college and a son a couple years away from graduation, Glasser is looking to turn his franchise into a family company. "I look forward to having them help me build this operation and eventually passing it off to them," said Glasser.
