Hoagland Longo Welcomes Former New Jersey Superior Court Judge Bradley J. Ferencz as Of Counsel

Retired Judge Bradley J. Ferencz joins Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP in New Brunswick.

The law firm of Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP based in New Brunswick welcomes the Hon. Bradley J. Ferencz, J.S.C., (Ret.) to the firm as Of Counsel in our Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice area where he will serve as a mediator and arbitrator in both family and civil matters.

Prior to his retirement in February of 2015 Judge Ferencz was the Presiding Judge of the Criminal Part of Middlesex County Superior Court. There, the Judge was responsible for the resolution of many high profile cases and earned a reputation for being both a fair but tough administrator. Before his appointment as Presiding Judge, he sat on the bench in both the Family and Civil Part of Middlesex County Superior Court. At the time of his appointment in 1997, he was the Deputy Public Defender for Middlesex County, supervising a staff of 20 attorneys in which his office represented over 90% of the defendants in Superior Court.

Managing Partner, Gary Hoagland commented “Judge Ferencz is a welcome addition to the firm. The breadth of his experience sitting in multiple divisions of Middlesex County Superior Court will add strength to our Alternate Dispute Resolution and Mediation practice areas.”
