New Brunswick Hospital Offering Free Flu Shots
Help protect yourself against the flu this season
In partnership with the Salvation Army, Saint Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick is offering free flu shots on Sept. 30.
Between 4:00 and 6:00 PM, you can get your free flu shot at 287 Handy Street. Shots will be administered by Walgreens immunizations trained healthcare professionals.
Participants must be eighteen or older, with no insurance or cannot afford to pay for a flu vaccine on their own.

It can take up to two weeks for the vaccination to be fully effective, so it's important to get vaccinated early in flu season.
