New Brunswick, N.J. - December 30, 2019 - As the calendar gets ready to flip to January, some may ponder a New Year's resolution of quitting smoking or other tobacco products. Donna Richardson, LCSW, LCADC, NCTTP, clinical coordinator of the Rutgers Tobacco Dependence Program, shares the different methods and resources available to help one 'kick the habit.'
