Stuart Shapiro's new book, Not Normal-A Progressive's Diary of the Year After Trump's Election, will be presented on Thursday, March 22 at 7:00 PM at the Highland Park Public Library, 31 North Fifth Avenue. Stuart Shapiro will talk about his new book which presents Donald Trump’s first year of presidency as a diary style collection of headlines and events. Stuart Shapiro is a professor of public policy at Rutgers University and is a contributor to The Hill and Newark’s Star Ledger. The Highland Park resident has worked in the Office of Management and Budget under Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. He holds a PhD in public policy from Harvard University.
