PaintFest America Brightens Rutgers Cancer Institute

An artist's flare was evident at Rutgers Cancer Institute recently, as PaintFest America stopped by with canvas and paint for all to share.

Faculty, staff, patients and caregivers recently participated in PaintFest America at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. PaintFest America is a non-profit group seeking to brighten the lives of cancer patients and cancer centers in all 50 states through art. They are visiting one cancer center in each state for 50 days and selected Rutgers Cancer Institute to represent the Garden State. One of the panels painted will be included as part of a national mural to be displayed in New York.
