RE/MAX Agent Chiquita Pittman Awarded RENE Certification
Premier Negotiation Credential Places Pittman in Elite Group of Professionals
Chiquita Pittman of RE/MAX Platinum was recently awarded the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, the premier negotiation credential in the country. The RENE is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official certification of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Pittman joins an elite group of real-estate professionals from around the world who have earned the RENE certification. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in negotiation and subscribe to the REALTOR® code of ethics.
A life-long New Jersey resident, Pittman is a top-producing real estate agent with more than 25 years of experience in residential real estate. She holds a distinguished track record of professional achievements, including earning multiple Circle of Excellence awards. She is an active member of the community as well, serving on the Circle of Excellence Award Committee and as a member of the New Jersey Women's Council Committee.

Pittman specializes in working with first-time homebuyers. She frequently partners with community organizations to host free seminars offering tips and advice to help potential first-time buyers determine whether they are ready for home ownership and if so, how to make the process as stress-free as possible.

Her expertise in the field is also backed by a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) Designation. She also holds a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Designation for short sales and the RENE designation for Real Estate Negotiaton Expert.
