Staying Focused During the Doldrums of Winter is Not an Easy Task

Now that I’ve lost 44 lbs. during my challenges with MAX (so far 2),  I can confidently say that I’ve gone from “58 and Fat & Flabby” to “59 and Fit , Foxy & Fabulous”.  A year and a half ago, I would never have dreamed that I would be in this position. Fitter, more toned and at a healthier weight than I’ve been in over 35 years.  A year and a half ago, I had gained 28 lbs. as I had dinner dates almost nightly with Colonel Sanders (KFC), Dave Thomas (Wendy’s), Ray Kroc (McDonald’s) and Al Copeland (Popeyes). The only male influence in my life right now is  Bryan Klein (MAX Fitness).  I was never happier to say good-bye to the Colonel, Dave, Ray and Al. They all ran me down and made me feel tired and sluggish.  I wasn’t happy with the person I was becoming. Then I found The MAX Challenge.

Bryan Klein is an individual who developed an outstanding nutrition and exercise program to help real people like myself gain real results quickly.  He created The MAX Challenge to transform minds, bodies and spirits in just 10 weeks and to inspire everyone NOT to settle for mediocrity.  The MAX Challenge is a complete 10-Week Body Transformation that combines fitness classes, nutritional guidance and (probably most important) motivation and inspiration into one easy-to-follow program. They’ve have had thousands of people participate throughout New Jersey and California and the results have been amazing. People have made quick and lasting changes to their health and fitness that has led to amazing feedback. They’re excited to continue to bring this program to new communities and look forward to improving lives throughout the country and the world.

In addition to the benefits derived from the nightly exercise regime, it does the mind and  spirit good too.  The program teaches you to believe in yourself, to inspire and motivate others while you are improving yourself and to achieve goals which you previously thought were unattainable. I know as I’ve reached some of those goals. I’ve lost weight, toned my body, inspired others, signed up for my first 5K in April and am slowly returning to the “ME” I used to be. Fitting into a size 10 never felt so good !  Life changing is an understatement.
