Stream Clean-Up: Affinity Federal Credit Union Foundation Team Removes Over 2,400 Pounds of Trash from the Raritan River

AFCU celebrated Earth Day by participating in a Stream Clean-up with the Raritan Headwaters Association

On Saturday, April 23, 2016, the Affinity Federal Credit Union Foundation along with Affinity’s employees and their families celebrated Earth Day by participating in a Stream Clean-up with the Raritan Headwaters Association. For the third year in a row, the Affinity Team collected and removed over one ton of trash from the Raritan River and the surrounding parks and recreational areas. The Foundation strives to make a difference in local, grassroots charitable organizations, with the primary goal of improving the lives of the communities they serve.
